She were really good too ensure that my stay was pleasant and enjoyable. From providing recommendations for tours and restaurants to offering helpful tips on navigating the city, Ms. Hao was always there to assist me. Her warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I am grateful for her really good service, and it made a significant difference in my overall experience. Great location, just a minute from main road and near pubs and restaurants. Friendly staff, especially bell guy and morning receptionist. Room size is good with a spacious wardrobe and welcome fruits. Bathroom has a nice hot water shower. Hotel is clean. Good breakfast selection, although some delays in food service. Quiet room with no noise disturbance. a comfortable stay with good amenities.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was within walking distance to all major sites and surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink. The staff at the reception were helpful in providing advice on tours and getting around. We also enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff at the restaurant and bar, where we were treated to delicious complimentary spring rolls. the location and staff made our stay enjoyable and convenient.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away in alley 40 on Bui Vien street, right in the heart of the touristical center. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of most attractions and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shops. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel manages to provide a peaceful stay as it is set back from the main road, ensuring that there is no noise disturbance from the lively backpacker street. The staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms are comfortable, with clean facilities and good bathrooms. I particularly enjoyed having a room on the 1st level with windows that offered a delightful view. On top of all this, breakfast was included, making it great value for money.

The breakfast provided was delicious, and the hotel facilities including the pool and sunbathing deck were wonderful. the hotel had prompt airport shuttle service, made our arrival smooth and hassle-free.
